Qualifications
In 2000 our cheif appraiser completed the 90 hour state mandated appraisal course. He attended the Real Estate Information Management School taught by John Bryant. He became a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Georgia in 2007. To date he has completed over 7500 appraisals and logged nearly 18,000 hours of real estate appraisal experience. He has been FHA approved since 2007.
